This is a very interesting read. You could call it the history of human stupidity. This is the authentic source, written in 1841, about things like the “tulipomania” stock bubble and many other unbelievable nonsense that we humans are (were) able to believe and do. It shows that all too often, popular belief is wrong and I’m posting it in hope that we will question more the intellectual status quo and become more open minded. Because if you ever hope to beat roulette, you must be a free thinker.
